The One Booking That Cannot Run Late
Most transportation bookings have some slack in them. A wedding does not. The ceremony starts when it starts, photographs are scheduled around light that does not wait, and a vehicle arriving twenty minutes late does not inconvenience one person — it moves the entire day.
We plan wedding transportation backwards from the fixed points and build in genuine margin rather than optimistic timing. Most wedding bookings are hourly rather than point-to-point, because the schedule needs flexibility built into it and releasing a vehicle between stops on a wedding day is how people end up stranded at a venue.
We also handle the part that gets forgotten until late in the planning: the guests flying in. Newark arrivals across a wedding weekend, hotel transfers, and getting everyone to the venue and back are all part of the same booking rather than something to arrange separately.
How We Handle Wedding Work
Planned backwards from fixed times
Ceremony and photograph times are the anchors. Pickups are scheduled against them with real margin, not against a best-case drive time.
Usually booked hourly
Vehicles stay with the party rather than being released between stops, so a schedule that shifts does not mean re-booking on the day.
Party and guest transport
Sprinter vans for the wedding party and guest shuttles between hotels and the venue.
Airport arrivals for guests
Out-of-town guests arriving at Newark can be collected as part of the same arrangement, with flights tracked.
Chauffeurs who understand the day
Professional, appropriately dressed, and aware that they are working around photographs, timings and a lot of people who are already stressed.
One contact throughout
A single point of coordination on the day rather than several drivers to chase.
What We Cover
The couple
Transport to the ceremony, between ceremony and reception, and onward at the end of the night, in an executive sedan or SUV.
The wedding party
Sprinter vans keep the party together between the preparation location, the ceremony and the reception, which matters when photographs are scheduled tightly.
Group and Sprinter transportationGuest shuttles
Moving guests between hotels and the venue, in waves where numbers require it. This is usually booked hourly across the evening.
Airport arrivals for out-of-town guests
Newark pickups across the wedding weekend, with flights tracked and meet-and-greet available for guests who do not know the airport.
EWR airport car serviceRehearsal dinners and pre-wedding events
The days around the wedding frequently need as much coordination as the wedding itself.
Hourly chauffeur serviceDepartures after the weekend
Getting everyone back to Newark on the Sunday or Monday, which is often the leg nobody has planned for.
Choosing a Vehicle
Most weddings use a combination. An executive sedan or full-size SUV for the couple, and one or more Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans for the wedding party and guests. We do not operate stretch limousines, so if that is specifically what you want for the couple, we are not the right operator for that part of the booking and will tell you plainly rather than trying to talk you into something else.
