We build the service around those four points. Bookings are confirmed in writing with the vehicle class and rate stated up front. Chauffeurs are background-checked and drug-tested and dress and behave accordingly. Flights are tracked, so a delayed arrival does not become a stranded executive. Billing can be consolidated rather than arriving as a scatter of individual receipts for someone to reconcile.

Tell us what your travel actually looks like
Volume, common routes, who books, and how you need to be invoiced. A company sending two executives to Newark each month needs something different from one running weekly team transfers.
We confirm terms and rates in writing
Vehicle classes, rates for your regular routes, billing arrangement and points of contact, documented before anything is booked. If your procurement process requires insurance certificates or licensing documentation, we provide them at this stage.

Once the account exists, bookings are a short message rather than a form. Your regular routes and preferences are already on file.
Where We Provide Corporate Transportation
We provide corporate ground transportation throughout northern and central New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. This includes Newark Liberty International Airport, Manhattan and the outer boroughs, the New Jersey business corridors along Route 1 and Route 78, and the corporate districts of Bergen, Essex, Union and Middlesex counties. Transfers to JFK, LaGuardia and Teterboro are handled routinely.
