About EWR Airport Transportation
A New Jersey car service built around one route more than any other — the journey to and from Newark Liberty International Airport.
Who We Are
EWR Airport Transportation is a licensed and insured New Jersey transportation provider. We operate executive sedans, full-size SUVs and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, and the majority of our work runs through Newark Liberty International Airport.
EWR Airport Transportation has operated since March 2024. The business was built around one route more than any other: the journey to and from Newark Liberty International Airport.
We are a direct operator, not a booking platform. When you call, you reach the people who dispatch the vehicles rather than a call center placing your job into a network of subcontractors. That matters more than it sounds like it should, because it means the person you speak to can actually tell you what is happening with your booking.

Plenty of companies will drive you to an airport. We built this business around EWR in particular — the terminals, the approach roads, the hours that work and the hours that do not, and the routes out of it into New York and across New Jersey.
Rates agreed before you book
We quote a flat rate for your route and vehicle class up front. There is no meter, no surge pricing, and no recalculation because traffic was heavier than expected.
Chauffeurs, not just drivers
Our chauffeurs are background-checked and drug-tested and hold the licensing New Jersey requires for commercial passenger transport. They are expected to be professional, discreet and helpful with luggage as a matter of course.
A phone that gets answered
Reservations and dispatch are answered 24 hours a day. Travel problems happen at inconvenient hours, which is precisely when an unanswered phone is least useful.
Licensing and Insurance
Operating a car service legally in New Jersey requires more than a vehicle and a driver. Commercial passenger transport is regulated by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, and operators are required to hold appropriate chauffeur licensing, commercial vehicle registration, commercial insurance and a municipal license to operate.
We meet those requirements and can supply documentation on request, which corporate clients frequently need for vendor onboarding and procurement approval.

How We Work
We track the flight, not the schedule.
Every airport booking is monitored against the actual flight. An early landing brings the chauffeur forward; a delay pushes the pickup back. Neither requires a call from you and neither changes your rate.
We size the vehicle to the luggage.
The most common failure in this industry is a car that arrives too small. We ask for the bag count as well as the passenger count, and we will tell you to book a larger class rather than let you discover the problem at the curb.

You see the rate in writing and approve it before the reservation exists. If an hourly booking would cost you less than several point-to-point trips, we will say so rather than quietly taking the more expensive option.
We say no when we should.
We do not operate stretch limousines or party buses. If that is what you need, we will tell you plainly rather than trying to redirect you into something else. The same applies to connections that are too tight to make — we would rather tell you a transfer is not realistic than drive you to an airport to watch a gate close.
We are available at the hours travel actually happens.
A significant share of departures out of Newark leave before eight in the morning, which means pickups in the small hours. That is routine work for us and there is no premium for booking it.

That includes Essex, Union, Middlesex, Bergen, Hudson and Mercer counties in New Jersey, along with Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and Westchester. We also handle transfers to JFK, LaGuardia, Teterboro and Cape Liberty Cruise Port.
