One Vehicle Instead of Three
The instinct when a group is travelling is to book several cars. It almost always works out worse. Three sedans leaving the same airport arrive at the destination fifteen or twenty minutes apart, because traffic does not treat them identically. Somebody is always waiting for somebody.
A Sprinter van carries up to fourteen passengers with their luggage in one vehicle. Everyone leaves together, arrives together, and there is one chauffeur to coordinate with rather than three. On airport runs in particular, this is the difference between a group transfer that works and one that turns into a logistics exercise.
It is usually also cheaper than the equivalent number of separate vehicles, and it is invariably simpler to book, track and pay for.
Why Groups Book a Sprinter
Up to 14 passengers
A single vehicle for the whole party, with proper seating rather than people wedged into a third row.
Room for actual luggage
Sprinters carry group luggage that would not fit in the equivalent number of sedans, including sports equipment, instruments and event materials.
Everyone arrives at once
One departure time, one arrival time. No waiting at the destination for the second and third cars.
One point of contact
One chauffeur, one booking, one confirmation. Changes are made once rather than repeated across several drivers.
Usually cheaper than multiple cars
A Sprinter typically costs less than the three or four vehicles it replaces, and it is a single line on the invoice.
Flight tracking on airport transfers
Group arrivals are tracked the same as any other, and the vehicle adjusts to the actual landing time.
Who Books Group Transportation
Families travelling together
Multi-generational trips, holidays and family events where a sedan or even an SUV is not enough. Child seats are $30 per seat and must be requested at the time of booking.
Corporate teams and offsites
Teams heading to a conference, client site or company event, arriving together rather than trickling in.
Corporate accountsWedding parties and guests
Moving the wedding party between venues and bringing guests in from the airport and hotels.
Wedding transportationCruise passengers
Cape Liberty sailings involve more luggage per person than almost any other trip, and groups sailing together are usually well beyond what an SUV can carry.
Newark Airport to Cape Liberty Cruise PortCrews and touring parties
Production crews, sports teams and touring groups moving between airports, hotels and venues with equipment.
Airport group transfers
Any party of seven or more arriving at or departing from Newark, where splitting across vehicles creates more problems than it solves.

Choosing a Vehicle
Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans carry up to fourteen passengers. For groups of five or six with moderate luggage, a full-size SUV may be sufficient and is usually less expensive — tell us the passenger and bag count and we will recommend honestly rather than defaulting to the larger vehicle. For parties above fourteen we can arrange multiple vehicles travelling together, which is a different proposition from passengers booking separately and arriving apart.
