Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For airport departures, a day or more ahead is comfortable, and further ahead for Sprinter vans, holiday periods and pre-dawn pickups. For arrivals, book before you fly. We do take short-notice reservations when a vehicle is free, so it is worth calling 848-336-4270 even if your timeline is tight.

Question 2

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

By phone at 848-336-4270, by email, or through the quote form on our contact page. Phone is fastest and the only method that gives you an immediate answer. Online booking through our reservation system is being set up.

Question 3

What information do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

Pickup location, destination, date and time, passenger count and bag count. For airport transfers we also want the flight number, which is what lets us track the flight. If you need child seats, tell us when you book rather than on the day.

Question 4

Do you operate 24 hours a day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, seven days a week including holidays. Early-morning departures and overnight arrivals are routine work rather than exceptions, and there is no premium for booking them.

Question 5

Will I get a written confirmation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You receive confirmation with the vehicle class, pickup details and the agreed rate before your travel date.

Question 6

Can I book a return trip at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it. Booking both legs together is simpler and means your return is already secured rather than arranged in a hurry at the far end.

Question 7

Where will my chauffeur meet me at Newark Airport?

Accepted Answer

Curbside pickup is standard: your chauffeur meets you at your terminal's ground transportation area once you have your bags. Meet-and-greet is available for $30 plus parking. For domestic arrivals your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim; for international arrivals, outside customs; for private aviation, inside the FBO lounge where clearance allows.

Question 8

How long will my chauffeur wait after I land?

Accepted Answer

Complimentary waiting is 45 minutes after landing for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals, measured from the actual landing time rather than the schedule. Local pickups and private aviation FBO pickups include 15 minutes. Beyond the grace period, waiting is billed in 15-minute intervals at $1.50 per minute for a sedan or mini SUV, $2.00 per minute for an SUV and $3.00 per minute for a Sprinter van. Flights are monitored in real time and dispatch is aligned to actual landing times.

Question 9

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We track it and adjust automatically. You do not need to contact us, and a delay does not change your quoted rate.

Question 10

What if I miss my flight entirely?

Accepted Answer

Call dispatch at 848-336-4270 as soon as you can and we will rebook the ground transportation around your new itinerary.

Question 11

Do you serve all three terminals at EWR?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Terminals A, B and C, for arrivals and departures. Tell us your airline and we will confirm the terminal, since airlines do occasionally move between them.

Question 12

Is the AirTrain still running at Newark Airport?

Accepted Answer

The Port Authority is replacing AirTrain Newark under a multi-year project, and weekday service has been suspended during a significant portion of the day with shuttle buses substituting. The replacement system is not expected for several years. This has made rail connections to and from EWR considerably less convenient, which is one reason more travelers are booking cars. Check the Port Authority's site for the current status before you travel, since the arrangements change.

Question 13

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

We quote a flat rate for your specific route and vehicle class before the booking is confirmed. There is no meter and no surge pricing. The rate does not change because traffic was heavy or your flight was late.

Question 14

What is included in the quoted rate?

Accepted Answer

We quote a flat rate for your route and vehicle class before the reservation is confirmed. That rate covers the fare, and there is no meter and no surge pricing. Tolls and parking are not included in the quote and are added to the final invoice at cost. On routes into New York that means the Port Authority crossing toll and, for destinations in Manhattan below 60th Street, the city's per-trip congestion charge — both set by the operating agencies rather than by us.

Question 15

Do I pay more if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

No. The quoted rate stands. Extended waiting well beyond the included grace period is billed at a rate we tell you in advance, but a delay itself is not a surcharge.

Question 16

Does congestion pricing apply to my trip?

Accepted Answer

If your destination is in Manhattan below 60th Street, yes. For-hire vehicles pass a per-trip congestion charge through to the passenger rather than paying the daily rate that applies to private cars. It is a modest amount and it is set by the MTA, not by us. Routes to Brooklyn via Staten Island and all New Jersey routes are generally unaffected.

Question 17

When is payment taken?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is processed at the time of booking, and your reservation is confirmed once payment goes through. Special events, larger vehicles and extended service may require a deposit. By confirming a booking you authorise us to charge the card on file for the fare and for any additional charges incurred during service, such as waiting time, tolls, parking or additional stops.

Question 18

Do you offer corporate billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Corporate accounts can be invoiced on a consolidated basis rather than paying per trip. See our corporate transportation page or call to discuss setting one up.

Question 19

How do I know which vehicle to book?

Accepted Answer

Give us the passenger count and the bag count. A sedan carries up to three passengers and two checked bags, a full-size SUV up to six passengers and five checked bags, and a Sprinter van up to fourteen passengers and ten bags. If you are near a limit we will recommend sizing up.

Question 20

What if my luggage does not fit?

Accepted Answer

The quoted rate covers the luggage count given at reservation. Excess or oversized luggage may require an upgraded vehicle and additional charges, so tell us the bag count when you book and call us before your pickup if plans change.

Question 21

Do you operate stretch limousines or party buses?

Accepted Answer

No. Our fleet is executive sedans, full-size SUVs and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. If you specifically need a stretch limousine, we will tell you we are not the right operator rather than waste your time.

Question 22

Can I travel with a pet?

Accepted Answer

Pets are permitted only if disclosed at the time of booking. Service animals are always accepted. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Question 23

Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?

Accepted Answer

We do not operate a wheelchair accessible vehicle with a ramp or lift. We can accommodate folding wheelchairs and mobility aids in our standard fleet — they travel in the trunk or cargo area, and your chauffeur will help load and unload them. If you use a larger folding chair or are travelling with mobility aids as well as luggage, we would recommend booking a full-size SUV or Sprinter van for the extra cargo space. Please tell us what you are bringing when you book at 848-336-4270 so we can put the right vehicle on the trip. Powered wheelchairs and scooters cannot be accommodated.

Question 24

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Accepted Answer

You book a class rather than a specific model, and we assign from available vehicles in that class. If you have a genuine need for a particular model, tell us and we will do what we can without promising what we cannot guarantee.

Question 25

Do you provide child seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Child seats are $30 per seat, and must be requested at the time of booking. Tell us each child's age and weight so the correct seat type is fitted in advance. Child seats cannot reliably be arranged on the day.

Question 26

How many child seats can you fit?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the vehicle and the seat types, since each seat occupies a passenger position. Tell us the number and ages of children and we will confirm the right vehicle class.

Question 27

Are child seats required by law in New Jersey?

Accepted Answer

New Jersey has child passenger safety requirements based on a child's age, weight and height. Requirements can differ for certain classes of for-hire vehicle, but we would rather transport a child properly restrained regardless of whether an exemption technically applies, and we recommend booking seats.

Question 28

Can I bring my own car seat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and many parents prefer to, since it is a seat the child is used to. Tell us when you book so the chauffeur allows time to install it correctly.

Question 29

Can I change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Modifications must be made at least two hours before pickup, so call 848-336-4270 as early as you can. Changes to timing, vehicle class or destination are usually straightforward subject to availability, but changes requested inside two hours may incur waiting time or additional charges.

Question 30

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations six hours or more before pickup are fully refundable. Inside six hours the reservation is charged in full. Sprinter van reservations require 48 hours notice, and inside 48 hours are charged in full. Same-day reservations are non-refundable once the vehicle has been dispatched. Exceptions apply only where a flight or event is cancelled due to severe weather, a natural disaster or a state-declared emergency; private events are excluded. Approved refunds process in 7-10 business days, and all cancellations must be made by phone at 848-336-4270.

Question 31

What happens if you cannot find me at the pickup location?

Accepted Answer

If the chauffeur cannot reach you at the pickup location, the trip is treated as a no-show after 30 minutes and billed at 100% of the fare plus any applicable waiting time.

Question 32

What if I need to add a stop?

Accepted Answer

Tell us in advance so it is priced into your flat rate and the schedule accounts for it. Stops added on the day may affect the rate.

Question 33

How do I contact my chauffeur on the day?

Accepted Answer

You are given contact arrangements for your chauffeur along with your confirmation, and the dispatch line at 848-336-4270 is answered around the clock.
