When you request a quote or make a reservation we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, travel dates and times, passenger and bag counts, flight details and any special requests such as child seats.

Payment card details are processed by our reservation and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Our website and booking form record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which we use to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, confirm and dispatch reservations, monitor flights, communicate with you about your trip, process payment and applicable charges, keep business records and respond to enquiries.

SMS and text message consent

Our booking and quote form includes an option to consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message frequency varies. If you opt in, we may text you about your reservation, chauffeur arrival, flight tracking updates and quote follow-up.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by calling or emailing us. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to deliver your trip: with the assigned chauffeur, with our reservation, payment and messaging providers, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Booking and billing records are kept as long as needed for service, accounting and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing contact, by calling 848-336-4270. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons may be retained.

Our service is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
